How do I pay and withdraw the founder's loan?

The founder's loan for liquidity in the case of an entrepreneur does not represent a founder's loan to his entrepreneurial activity, because the entrepreneur as a person does not exist separately from his so-called entrepreneurial actions, but represents the investment of capital in business, that is, the use of one's personal funds for business purposes.

The loan is paid with the code 190 or 290, if the transfer is made from the personal account.

When transferring from a Total account package  to ProCredit Bank, there is no commission for the transfer, and therefore no commission for the payment.

How do I make payments and withdrawals, as well as pay the market?

Market payments are possible non-stop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in our 24/7 Zone


Withdrawing and depositing money at ATMs is possible with a daily limit of EUR 5,000 (or the equivalent in dinars). For withdrawal and payment of larger amounts, it is necessary to announce the withdrawal or payment to the bank a day in advance.

It is important that you know:

  • There is no commission for entrepreneurs at ProCredit bank ATMs, with ProCredit cards
  • ATMs of other banks charge a withdrawal fee according to the conditions of that bank

How do I pay and receive payments from abroad?

By using foreign currency eBanking, you can create a payment order (order 70) without the obligation to come to the bank.

Through eBanking, you can also submit a request for the purchase/sale of foreign currency, a request for an offer when paying abroad and other transactions related to foreign exchange operations.

By signing the contract on the lack of documentation when paying abroad, you are not obliged to submit the basis of payment to the bank (invoice, pro-invoice, contract, etc.), but only the completed order 70.

There are two ways in which an entrepreneur can withdraw foreign currency: an advance payment for an official trip and a final settlement for an official trip.

Reimbursement of expenses for an official trip abroad can be made by paying with a payment business card at an ATM in our Zones 24/7.

Which payment cards can I use as an entrepreneur?

In ProCredit Bank, you can choose the following cards:

  • Mastercard business basic card - payments and withdrawals at ATMs, contactless payments in the country and abroad, shopping on the Internet.
  • Mastercard business trip - withdrawing and paying cash at ProCredit bank ATMs based on requests for an advance payment and refund of cash on account for a business trip abroad. The card is issued without additional fees as part of the account service.
  • Mastercard Exquisite card - payments and withdrawals at ATMs, contactless payments in the country and abroad, shopping on the Internet, with special benefits: concierge service, lounge key, global WiFi, travel insurance. Monthly maintenance of the card is charged in accordance with the Price List for legal entities.

What distinguishes our debit payment cards from cards of other banks is the possibility of adding multiple accounts, accounts for which the client is authorized, as well as withdrawing foreign currency (EUR) only at our ATMs located within the 24/7 Zone

What do I get by using the POS terminal?

We have 2 basic models of cooperation:

How to open an entrepreneurial store?

Opening an entrepreneurial store - steps:

  1. Decide what your business will be doing (define the business codes of the business)
  2. Determine the headquarters / address of the company, will the company be a VAT payer from the start, how many employees will it have?
  3. Choose a company name (check in APR if the desired name is available)
  4. In the APR, attach: completed registration application, certified photocopy of identity card, proof of paid fee, consent of the authority on performance of activity (if necessary)
  5. Making a SEAL is optional
